Subject matter of the Regulations

1. The Regulations set out the rules of using, liability and rules of staying on the premises of the fitness gym and cardio room at Eureka Hotel*** (hereinafter referred to as the fitness room).
2. Only Guests of the Eureka Hotel*** are entitled to use the fitness room of the Eureka Hotel***.
3. Those who use the fitness room of the Eureka Hotel*** are obliged to comply with the present Regulations.
4. The Regulations shall be available for viewing at the Reception of the Eureka Hotel*** and on the website: www.eurekasopot.pl.
5. If anyone enters the fitness room of the Eureka Hotel***, this shall mean that they have read the present Regulations and accept all the provisions hereof.

General rules of using the fitness room of the Eureka Hotel***

1. The fitness room of the Eureka Hotel*** is open every day for 24 hours and shall be available for Guests of the Hotel free of charge.
2. Only persons who are at least 18 years old can use the fitness room of the Eureka Hotel***, and persons below 18 years of age – only under care of a legal guardian.
3. Sports outfit and indoor sports shoes are required in the fitness room of the Eureka Hotel***.
4. Those who use the fitness room of the Eureka Hotel*** are obliged to follow the order, to behave properly and speak in a way that does not disturb comfort of other people who are in the room.
5. Only persons without health contraindications can use the fitness room of the Eureka Hotel***.
6. A Guest of the Hotel has no right to use the fitness room of the Eureka Hotel*** if infected, suffers from an infectious disease or another disease or other conditions which may affect people in the room.
7. A Guest of the Hotel can bring into the fitness room of the Eureka Hotel*** non-alcoholic drinks only in non-glass packaging.

Liability principles

1. Those who use the fitness room of the Eureka Hotel*** stay in it on their own responsibility.
2. The Eureka Hotel*** does not bear liability for injuries caused as a result of using sports equipment.
3. A Guest of the Hotel, who feels unwell while doing exercise, shall immediately be obliged to discontinue the exercise and inform the Reception of the Eureka Hotel***.
4. Persons who use the equipment in the fitness room of the Eureka Hotel*** shall be obliged to make sure that they use the equipment in a way that is consistent with the instruction manual.
5. After the end of exercise, Hotel Guests shall be obliged to put the apparatus used by them in a correct place, as well as disinfect the equipment and other devices used by them.
6. Persons who use items and devices located in the fitness room inconsistently with their intended purpose shall bear material and personal liability for destroying or damaging the property of the Eureka Hotel*** or for damage done to another person in the fitness room of the Eureka Hotel***.
7. In the fitness room of the Eureka Hotel*** there is an absolute prohibition to smoke cigarettes, bring and use intoxicants, performance-enhancing drugs, drugs and alcohol, as well as come under the influence of such substances and agents.
8. It is forbidden to bring and consume meals to and in the fitness room of the Eureka Hotel***.

Other regulations

1. If any defects in the equipment or apparatus located in the fitness room of the Eureka Hotel*** are noticed, this fact shall be reported to the Hotel Reception.
2. It is forbidden to take the sports equipment out of the fitness room of the Eureka Hotel***.
3. The Eureka Hotel*** does not bear liability for valuable objects left in the fitness room.
4. The Eureka Hotel*** staff shall have the right to remove persons from the fitness room of the Eureka Hotel***, who fail to comply with the present Regulations.
5. The Eureka Hotel*** staff may temporarily limit access to the fitness room of the Eureka Hotel*** due to the number of people staying therein or due to a conference taking place in the Room.

Final provisions

1. The fitness room is the property of the Eureka Hotel***, it forms an integral part of the Eureka Hotel***, the Manager of which is Eureka Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Sopot, 81-77 Sopot, ul. Emilii Plater 7/9/11, telephone: +48 58 551 30 16, registered in the District Court for Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000703958, NIP [Tax ID No.]: 585-148-04-5, share capital of PLN 25,000.00.
2. The Regulations have been approved by the Manager of the Eureka Hotel*** in Sopot and have been in force since 1 January 2022.
3. The Manager reserves the right to amend the present Regulations.
